This is probably the best time of the year for celebrity style. Everyone's going back to school work and that means a load of premieres and fashion week just before we head into award season.
Daniel Radcliffe has had a brilliant last few days at the Venice Film Festival. The actor looked incredibly sharp in his David Heart blue blazer and black trousers, which he paired with a white striped shirt, black tie and topped off with a killer pair of George Cleverley double monk-strap shoes. He continued his spot-on style choices with a double-chested blue ASOS blazer worn with Band of Outsiders orange chinos and Del Toro shoes. Later that day he changed into a more fashion-forward look with a light blue Club Monaco blazer, white shirt and camo trousers and a Band of Outsiders tie. A few days later he was spotted in Toronto attending the premiere of 'Horns' in a Band of Outsiders black suit paired with a bi-colour Kenzo shirt and Christian Louboutin shoes. It really makes me happy to see shorter dudes understanding what works on them and giving tall hunky actors a run for their money.
It was about time for Eddie Redmayne to have a come-back after his epic 'Les Mis' press tour. The actor chose a stunning Prince of Wales checked Gucci suit to attend the GQ Awards. He let the suit be the protagonist pairing it with a classic white shirt, a micro-print tie, plain white pocket square and classic black Oxford shoes.
Nick Wooster is one of my personal all-time favourite style icons. The fashion director has recently gone for a much shorter hairstyle which makes him look even more badass and he was spotted during one of the kick-off events of NYFW rocking the short suit pants, which he wore with a brilliant printed blazer and white brogues.
Also at NYFW some stylish dudes made their way to the Richard Chai show decked down in his latest collection. Nick Jonas looked effortlessly cool in his double-chested deep green suit, dressed down with a black tee underneath and some questionable yet interesting lace-up leather sneakers. Colton Haynes went for a bigger tailoring statement in a bold checked suit, green shirt and tan leather double monk-straps.
